As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions made to African Wild Track. We’ll be as brief as possible. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase on www.africanwildtrack.store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with African Wild Track' Privacy Policy and Terms Of Use
Standard Return Policy
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from www.africanwildtrack.store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they are just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be or may have a manufacturer error. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product or having it exchanged or fixed.
If your product has a manufacturer defect within 14 days of purchase, you can let us know and we'll communicate on how best we can help you. We'll either fix it or change it. This totally depends on our inspection of it.
To be eligible for this, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer will bear own shipping cost for returning item.
Remember that the defect must be a manufacturer defect. If the defect is because of a customer's mismanagement of the product, expenses of having the product fixed or changed will be taken care of by the customer and not by us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
In case of a refund, you should expect to receive it within four weeks of giving your package to African Wild Track. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the suppliers and the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
African Wild Track reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on www.africanwildtrack.store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product www.africanwildtrack.store, please contact our WhatsApp for a refund of the overcharge.
Prices shown on our website are all in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and are meant for the Zambian clientele within Zambia. If you are outside Zambia and intend to buy for someone in Zambia, kindly get in touch with us. We'll walk you through the process.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
African Wild Track may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Once we receive your Online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify African Wild Track's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, African Wild Track will refund the billed amount.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of the products on our website, African Wild Track may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. African Wild Track reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when African Wild Track confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, African Wild Track will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
