Shipping policy

SHIPPING CHARGES

•  Shipping is free if the order value exceeds k1500. However, if it does not exceed, then the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee displayed on the checkout page.         

 DELIVERY TIME 

1. WITHIN LUSAKA: 24 - 48 hours. This is after your order has been confirmed.
2. OUTSIDE LUSAKA: 72 hours. This is after your order has been confirmed.

It should be noted that your contact information and/or delivery address will be shared with our delivery partners for the purpose of delivering your parcel.

Since the actual shipping and delivery time of your order can be impacted by many events beyond African Wild Track' control once it leaves our facilities or supplier's facilities, African Wild Track cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

The risk of loss, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our supplier's warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact African Wild Track to resolve.
